24:16. அவன் தேவனுக்காகவும் அவருடைய ஆலயத்திற்காகவும் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு நன்மை செய்தபடியினால், அவனைத் தாவீதின் நகரத்தில் ராஜாக்களண்டையிலே அடக்கம்பண்ணினார்கள்.

24:16. யோய்தாவை தாவீதின் நகரத்திலே அரசர்களை அடக்கம் செய்யக் கூடிய இடத்தில் ஜனங்கள் அடக்கம் செய்தனர். இஸ்ரவேலில் தேவனுக்கும் தேலாயத்திற்கும் ஏராளமான அளவில் நற்சேவை செய்திருக்கிறான் என்பதாலேயே ஜனங்கள் அந்த இடத்தில் அவனை அடக்கம் செய்தனர்.
